Hi, I’m Maria
I teach people how to cook food they love, without stress or pressure. Always with heart.

My Story
The kitchen has always felt like home. Even as a teenager, I found comfort in recipes, scribbled notes and quiet afternoons spent cooking for the sake of it. Some of those early dishes were inspired by family meals, others were made up as I went along. All of them taught me something.
That love of food, and of what it means to gather, to share and to nourish, has shaped my work ever since. Over the past ten years, I’ve built a creative career that blends cooking, media and storytelling. Whether I’m developing recipes, teaching a class or styling a plate for a photoshoot, the goal is always the same. I want to help people feel good in the kitchen.

Media & Culinary Work
You’ll often find me cooking on Virgin Media One’s Six O’Clock Show, sharing recipes that feel a little elevated but still easy to make at home. I also work behind the scenes as a food stylist, helping brands and publications create visuals that feel both beautiful and real.
My cookery demonstrations, whether for private groups or corporate events, are designed to be relaxed and engaging. I also write custom recipes for brands that want something seasonal, simple and true to their voice.
On social media, I share real kitchen moments, seasonal ideas, and the little things that bring cooking to life. When I work with brands, I focus on creating honest, inspiring content that connects in a meaningful way.
My Philosophy
Cooking should feel like something you get to do, not something you have to do. I believe in:
- Using seasonal, local ingredients to create meals that feel good
- Trusting your instincts and leaving space for creativity
- Making the kitchen a place of confidence, not perfection
- Sharing food as a way to connect, comfort and celebrate
